Galaxy SHi, just wondering if anyone of you guys still have pending pre-orders of s24 ultra online exclusive?
> pre ordered via website Jan 21
> received order acknowledgement via email Jan 21
> expected delivery date Feb 19 + 3 to 10 days
> Jan 22 to Feb 21 no updates, billed and paid
> Feb 22 received order acknowledgment again via email
> Feb 23 to Feb 29 made follow ups thru chat support but got no decent response (told me to wait for a call, email or sms for the dispatch and to follow up again after 24-48hrs) Status on my order on the website is still "Order Placed"
>Feb 29 samsung care hot line contacted me and told me on the delay due to stock issues and delivery will be moved to March 11 + 3 to 10 days. They gave me a compensation and assured me that my order will be prioritized, etc etc. I accepted it given the fact that cancelling and refunding my order will be more hassle since it was paid via CC.
>Mar 1 to Mar 5, no updates received.
>Mar 6 checked order status on website, "On the way". Checked with chat support, told me it was just a glitch and to wait for a call, email or sms for the dispatch. (same script they used during my follow ups Feb 23 to Feb 29)
>Mar 7 to March 12, no updates received. order status on website is still "on the way". delivery date still Feb 19 + 3 to days. Did not bother making follow up thru chat or call.
>Mar 13, still patiently waiting until latest Mar 25 before I will make the final call.
anyone here got the same experience?
