Galaxy SYou can also put some apps to deep sleep, or even uninstalling unused apps.
You can check the device care->memory to see what's using your ram too.
Make sure you also use the diagnostic tools in the Members App just in case.
If you feel everything is in order, you can always send it in for the phone to be checked by a technician

Galaxy SThe 12GB with 5GB available seems to be normal this was also the case with the 24 Ultra so nothing really out of place there...
My 25U often gets quite warm when watching YouTube, this could be because its in a case but I'm not about to use it caseless don't want to damage it
EDIT: turning off RAM Plus seems to have slowed down the battery drain, im guessing its because now there is less background stuff running

Galaxy Sit seems the issue lies in the RAM plus side of things in Android 15 OneUI7 by turning ramplus off completely it seems to correct the drainage..
As for the excessively warm temps I still cant figure out how to solve that one lol
