S25 Ultra Issues.

I have S25 Ultra 512GB. 

I am facing some problems in my latest S25 Ultra 512GB.

It's been 2 week ls and I had 4 main issues. 

1) Phone is heating without chanrging but with lite usage. 

2) Phone is heating while charging without any usage. 

3) Battery is draining quickly without any heavy usage. 

4) out of 12GB, only 5 GB is available in which 1.1GB is reserved without any usage. Almost 5.5GB is used continuously by what?

Could anyone has solution?

Give it another week or two to settle down.

You can also put some apps to deep sleep, or even uninstalling unused apps.

You can check the device care->memory to see what's using your ram too.

Make sure you also use the diagnostic tools in the Members App just in case.

If you feel everything is in order, you can always send it in for the phone to be checked by a technician

Yes, I did everything but still Phone start warming even there is not a heavy usage only one browser.

For the memory usage, have you got the RAM Plus on? And at a capacity of 8 gb? For me setting it down to 2 gb reduced number of background apps running and freeing up memory usage to around 6 gb. 1.1 is still reserved.

I have the 1TB S25 Ultra and am also facing battery life issues, without any heavy usage, it was fully charged over night and only got 8 hours out of a charge where as when I had the 24 Ultra i was able to get 3 days out of a charge.. I'm really disappointed in the 25 Ultra only after a few weeks...

The 12GB with 5GB available seems to be normal this was also the case with the 24 Ultra so nothing really out of place there...

My 25U often gets quite warm when watching YouTube, this could be because its in a case but I'm not about to use it caseless don't want to damage it

EDIT: turning off RAM Plus seems to have slowed down the battery drain, im guessing its because now there is less background stuff running

Same I am just watching movie online and it's getting warm even there is not a single app working except brave browser.

So a update to my previous comment I have managed to get 2 days of charge out of my battery...

it seems the issue lies in the RAM plus side of things in Android 15 OneUI7 by turning ramplus off completely it seems to correct the drainage..

As for the excessively warm temps I still cant figure out how to solve that one lol

I beleive something is running in the phone which is causing to warm the phone without any heavy usage.
