I've recently got the S25 ultra i can't log into the telstra app they have investigated it from there end said its my phone I can log it via tablet or computer just not this new samsung..any ideas

Has their app been updated to work on Android 15 and 64bit?

They said nobody else has reported the problem with it. They tried saying it was my VPN I had turned the VPN nord off an tried using it made no difference I just keep getting the same thing can't access account

Have you tried deleting/uninstalling the app and starting over fresh?

Perhaps try a reinstall without the VPN running.
