Sooo earlier this day, I received a call from an unknown number. Usually I would just ignore the call since I have been receiving a few spam calls from random numbers. But this time, something urged me to answer. Luckily, the call was from Samsung Warehouse asking if I'm available on Feb 4 for my order to be delivered. I confirmed it was them since I have my caller ID from Viber turned on. This was a surprise to me since their process was a lot better than the courier last year. They schedule the delivery ahead of time, based on the customer's availability. They make no promises on the exact time for delivery, but they assured me that it will be delivered on the mentioned date. I'm just glad that Samsung learned from their previous shortcomings. I'm looking forward to testing my new device next week. They haven't updated the date of delivery on the system yet, but at least!

Nice! First wave is going out. They replaced Consegnia some time before August. The new provider delivered the tablet I traded-in last year.

How was your experience with them? Do they also give additional charges for transactions done for more than 30mins? 😅

Yes, the rider mentioned that before starting I can't remember the time limit though. I think we took more than 30mins just to inspect my device and check the new one. I wasn't charged though. The rider was thorough but great.

Hello! This was my 2nd time placing an order through the Samsung Shop app. Both experiences were trade-ins. It was easy navigating the app since it will guide your way til check out. Just go to the page of the unit you want to order, and then after choosing the variations that you prefer, just scroll down, and you will see Samsung trade-in where you can enter your zip code and select your device for trade-in. You just have to answer a few questions after for them to check the condition of your device so that they can check it's value. You may try downloading the app so you can check it for yourself. Though trade-ins don't work in all provinces. Usually, on selected places only around or near NCR1738104128618.jpg1738104128650.jpg

FedEx also confirmed my Magbak case is arriving at the same time. Although it could be earlier.
