To answer your question, the S21 FE supports up to 25W charging. You can use your 45W power adapter but your phone will be limited to the maximum charge rate it is set to.
Your beloved Samsung Galaxy S21 FE only supports fast charging up to 25 watts. And you will still be able to use your 45-watt charger, but the tab will charge at a 15-watt rating only.
