I don't understand samsung default font style specially on facebook messenger/facebook app it's weird because the font style of my notification panel looks very good but when it comes to some apps like facebook app it's bad.
Does apps has its own default fonts?
But why does iphones has good fonts on facebook messenger and facebook.

Or perhaps the "default" means default font set by app dev too..
Apps you see in iPhones were made specifically for iOS - which is the only OS for all apple mobile phones, so 3rd party apps are optimised for all iPhones.
Whereas on the android side of things, there is a ton of different iterations of the OS per phone manufacturer so the 3rd party apps may not be optimised for the specific android device but were made for general Android system. There are only few "for Samsung" apps that are in the galaxy store.
