Galaxy SHi --- I have been trying to contact Samsung. I tried calling and they cut me off and said they were too busy when I got through so I thought I'd email them. Every time I try to find the email address, it just sends me in loops of webpages and I cannot find a form to email or an email address to send to samsung support.
Does anyone know the email address for Samsung support?
I am actually trying to get help for my Samsung Galaxy S9 which I purchased new last November 2020.
The autocorrect on it is INSANE. It is NOT intuitive AT ALL unlike the one I had on my S5.
It practically changes every few words I type to something I did not type.
It changes words I use all the time or retypes names I type in and use frequently.
I constantly have to retype or correct what autocorrect changes to what I originally typed. For example when I type the word "of", it ALWAYS changes "of" to "if".
Any help with either question would be much appreciated.

Galaxy SHi @Annie909, just adding on the following steps:
1. Settings > General management > Language and input > On-screen keyboard > keyboard you are using > Smart typing > Toggle off predictive text.
If you would prefer spell check to underline you messages, click on Auto spell check > Toggle on your preferred language.
