I am very confused and disappointed about Samsung's shipping. The status of my two orders shows 'Dispatched', but I have not received any information about the track number. In addition, I sent an email to Samsung's online support, but I did not get any reply. I called to ask the staff, they just told me that I needed to wait, and they said they couldn't provide me with the track number. I was so disappointed with Samsung's service. I hope to get a satisfactory answer here

I believe Star Track usually provide the tracking info.

But they, and Auspost, are so far behind at the moment. And the recent strike action by Star Track has just made it worse.

I have the same problem. I ordered on 22/9/2021 and still no tracking number.
