Galaxy SI don't know if it has something to do with snapdragon SoC my old exynos devices displays are still good.
There was a free replacement for the displays of s20 lineup but I don't know if it's still available.

Galaxy SHello iamvaneee,
We are sorry to hear about your experience with the recent updates on your Samsung Galaxy phone having issues with the green line on screen.
It's good to know that you've tried several troubleshooting steps and even called our chat support service, but are still undecided about proceeding to go to a repair service due to your worries about the financial aspects of it. We feel and understand it; if it happens to me, I will be bothered too.
Step 2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
Step 3. When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
Step 4. Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
Step 5. Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
Step 6. Press the Power key to restart the device.
If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display".
Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

If the issue persists, I highly recommend bringing it to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area. Rest assured that your device will undergo an assessment to pinpoint the root cause of the issue. They may guide you and offer solutions to restore it.

or book an appointment with the Samsung Members app as follows:

Galaxy SIf you have S20 or Note 20 series than your display and battery will be replaced for free at service center till 30 September 2023. The only catch is device is not old than 3 years and you have to wait for 10-15 working days.

Galaxy SI have the same problem with my Galaxy Z Flip 3. Mine is less than 2 years and while charging my phone, the green line in the middle of the screen appeared. I tried to troubleshoot it to the extent of doing the factory reset, but the green line is still there. saaaaaad...
