Samsung's BIG EVENT with the Galaxy S24 Mobile Phone is an Absolute Disaster!!!!!!

Good morning.

I am just so frustrated with Samsung Aus Galaxy S24 Lauch.

I completed the Pre-Order Online - Paid in Full - and Received their Tax Invoice, which stipulated the following - "SHIPS 29 Jan 2024".

This is what I signed up for and waited patiently!! When the 29 Jan 2024 date had passed, and I had not received this Phone or any communications as to why, I was both disappointed and angry.

I TRIED to Contact Samsung Aus through their many avenues of support - Chats, Phone Calls, Emails to the Office of C.E.O and emails to their Support area. Nobody could tell me anything!!! The Agent this morning on Chat, told me I didn't have any Samsung Account yet I was sitting at the computer looking at it!!! He tried 3 times to write down my email address and my phone number - but this turned out to be yet naother useless attempt to get help.

I  received an email from Samsung stating - "We wanted to let you know that your order, is still being prepared and has an updated dispatch date of 05/02/2024.

This made me even more angry!! I sent an email back but, you guessed it, no response!!

I then went into My Account with Samsung - Looked up my Order - and saw that it said "Will Ship from 12 FEB 2024.

What the Hell is going on Samsung??? You sign up for their BIG EVENT - It clearly says that your phone will be shipped on 29 JAN 2024 - You pay your Money (Which includes the Trade-in Deposit you HAVE to pay $795) and then they change the rules!! Yes, I'm sure there is a disclaimer somewhere on their website in very small print. 

How to spoil the excitement of getting a new phone. I can't believe that with ALL the time Samsung had to get this BIG EVENT right, that they failed miserably!!

I would appreciate ANYONE directing me to someone or some authority, that can help with this please??

My last step will be to CANCEL this Order on principal, and go back to Apple who offer First Class Customer Service!!!

Oh boy good luck dealing with Amaysim CS if you think Samsung is bad.

Totally agree!! Any other reputable organisation would look to compensate their customers, but I suspect, NOT Samsung!!

I also preorder S24 ultra on 19 and then it shows me "ships on 29" but till now I don't have any information about my order. "My order" page on Samsung website now "showing ships on 12/2" and moreover I haven't received any mail from them for my preorder. Theirs customer service is like they don't know any about company decisions. Really really tempted to cancel the order. I am switching to iPhone to Samsung but seeing this i have second thoughts now. My order number is AU240118-77685734

Now they changed status from "awaiting dispatch" to shipped without any tracking number. They are really bad in after sale service.

Strangely enough, so has mine changed to Shipped??

I believe that it works like this (Hopefully) -

When it progresses from "Shipped" to "On the Way", we should then be provided with Tracking Details.

Hopefully that will be sometime tonight but I won't hold my breath!!
