Galaxy SYesterday when I turn on my mobile screen, the screen appeared in white color. I sent it to the Customer Service Center at Westgate for checking. The service officer said it's due to LCD faulty and need to change to a new one. The cost is S$355.25 since my phone is already out of warranty (I bought it last year June). The problem is I didn't drop, break or hit the phone and why the LCD suddenly become faulty. I agree that if it is hardware damage after a long time used then I will pay for the replacement, but if it is a production issue or assembly issue from Samsung plants so they should have a policy to fix it even user's warranty has done.
I also checked the Samsung Community Forum online and noticed that there are many users also have the same issue. As there are lots of reports that were raised for S20 series product, Samsung should have a deep analysis and address it instead of just pretending it is not their fault...

Galaxy SI have read some of the posts from the Samsung communtity related to the same issue and realised that some users are able to exchange for a new set or have their repair cost being waived off, even though it's out of warranty period. But how come I have to pay $355.25 for the replacement of LCD instead. My question why there are different treatments from different service centers with the same issue, it's really unfair to me.
