Samsung S20+ White Screen of Death

Hello Samsung community, I badly need your help!! So yesterday, my Samsung S20+ phone has become a victim of the white screen of death... I got this phone last year on as my graduation gift, my tito bought it in UAE (still complete with warranty except for receipt).

So here's the multimillion peso question, can my phone be fixed? Can I get it fixed without sacrificing ALL my files in that phone?? Been crying ever since because I never got to backup or whatsoever... I really can't believe this happened to my phone. Anyways, any advice would mean alot!!! Thank you so much :')

dont cry, you can still salvage your data via dex or attaching to pc via usb, in the end the display had failed. The viable fix is screen replacement.
Contact samsung uae via email to arrange samsung ph service center to take care of the rest.

Thank you so much for this! If getting a screen replacement, is my phone safe from getting factory reset?? That's my biggest concern because I have a ton of important files there (mainly my games...)

Yes it may lead to reset, it a protocol of service center

Ah :') is there some way that I can just recover my pictures and notes??

UPDATE: Went to the nearest customer service near me last Saturday and they told me that my phone doesn't need to a factory reset (YAYYY!!) but instead the LCD needs to be replaced which is really expensive... Still, I want to thank everyone who helped me with this issue! Hope you all have a nice day :)
