SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA GREEN LINE ISSUE

Hello samsung user

I have this issue in my samsung s21 ultra 5g a green line just appeared in my screen while im watching youtube. May i ask if the samsung will repair this kind of issue without paying for the repair? Is this covered by samsung becauae of the faulty software update? I saw many post about the green line issue and some of them are fixed and some are not and they told that samsung is asking for the repair cost of the device even it's not the consumer fault. Fyi i updated my samsung s21 ultra for one ui 6.1 first i have this gaming issue that i cant control the virtual joystick then after that I've been i their customer service then reset my phone. Just a couple of day green line appeared in my device.

Same issue with my Z FLIP3 after updating One Ui 6.1, but according to samsung need to replace the screen also wag hahayaan maipit sa bulsa o madaganan because dadami daw kasi yung green line. Then I ask samsung staff sa store nila here in Cavite may bayad na yung pa-replace ng screen.

actually samsung did between 2021-2022 for s20 series but i heard s21 series users was able to benefit aswell

Nagkaka green line yan kahit di maipit mabagsak o madaganan katulad nang sakin. Balak kong humingi ng free repair kase 1 year at 8 mos pa lang sakjn

Next month ko pa madadala. Busy pa kase. Pero yung sa author ginawa nila kahit 3 year old na

Same nakakahassle kasi need ko yun phone sa work. Ayaw na ayaw ko pa naman magpalit ng phone. Salamat sa pagupdate, punta ako sa weekend magupdate din ako dito.
