SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA GREEN LINE ISSUE

Hello samsung user

I have this issue in my samsung s21 ultra 5g a green line just appeared in my screen while im watching youtube. May i ask if the samsung will repair this kind of issue without paying for the repair? Is this covered by samsung becauae of the faulty software update? I saw many post about the green line issue and some of them are fixed and some are not and they told that samsung is asking for the repair cost of the device even it's not the consumer fault. Fyi i updated my samsung s21 ultra for one ui 6.1 first i have this gaming issue that i cant control the virtual joystick then after that I've been i their customer service then reset my phone. Just a couple of day green line appeared in my device.

I also have the same problem on my Samsung 21 Ultra, which started last March of this year. I have learned that this Green Line issue has become common after Samsung pushed a software update ealier this year. I am also considering to file a complaint at DTI since Samsung is not willing to repair my phone for free, even though the fault was theirs.

Any update on this? Mine just had last night a single green line sa screen. Di ako makatulog dahil dun hehe. hoping na i-cater ni samsung service center as a free of charge to fix this kind of problem. I just put my phone on the table last night and when I'm about to use it, it has a green line suddenly. nakakasad lang
