Samsung S22 issues with third party apps

I have samsung s22 

I bought it three months ago
I suffer from these problems

1- In Snapchat, an audio clip is not recorded and sent, and didn't capture video.
2 - WhatsApp does not record and send videos, and when received massages video or audio can't open.
3- Instagram does not send an audio clip.

I brought it back to the store I bought it from, and the store took it back to Samsung for a check up
The test was performed on the phone without placing applications on it
The problem is that the apps are not compatible with the phone
The problems have not been resolved and I am confused. What should I do?
The store tells me that Samsung has checked the phone and it is not defective.
And the application service I contacted them and they say that the problem is not from us, but from the phone
We are in a time when no one can dispense with these applications

Hi @ashurfuture there's a couple of things you can try.
1st would be to send an error report to Samsung via the Members app as soon as the issue occurs.

Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > Application > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

2nd would be to contact the app developers and or check if the app allows you to send an error report to them.

Lastly, uninstall and then reinstall the apps 1 by 1 and see if the issue continues.

Hi @ashurfuture, that's very strange. Does this occur with the stock camera app? 

If not, I suggest checking your device and app software is up to date. To do this:

Settings > Software update > Download and install

Google Playstore > Manage apps > Install relevant updates

 

If this does not resolve the issue, please send through an error report as mentioned by @Dolgogi below.

Thanks for the answers
But all the traditional solutions from factory reset to update and software update
All of these things did not work
I brought it back to the store and in turn took it to the maintenance department
In the maintenance section, the compatibility between the device and applications is not checked
Maintenance department only check the device without applications
My only hope for Android 13 is maybe these problems will go away
I will not buy again Samsung
Had a bad experience with Samsung
All my experiences were successful with HTC. Nokia. BlackBerry . Huawei. Google Pixel

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
