Hey guys, I bought the Samsung s25 ultra 512gb 3 days ago, and transfer my data from the iPhone, and when It was transferring it got warm in the hand, and also normally when I use the phone it feels warm most of the time,
Like just using the camera, I was talking pictures while it was on charging, and it got hot like hot hot, and it wasn't increasing the battery, and then I got to stop talking the pictures and remove the charger and put it at the side to get it cool. For the reference I used that charger on other phones those doesn't get hot or warm.
Any idea what's the problem here or is it my device problem?
I had similar experience for initial few days. Battery, processor, its all optimising. A lot to setup, backup, and stablise. Eventually it will even out and be better. Just give it few days.
With new devices give always at least 2 weeks of time to settle ,because new devices have to restore all the backup data, learn your usage, app updates, app installation, phone updates. In general the fact it warm up and it was in charge could be because the phone was drawing more energy than the charger was sending . In general with a new device we all end up to use it more than with usual device and tweaking here and there and try new feature and see everything about the new phone . So no worry and you will see it will settle and when you put on charge your phone let it just sit and charge , its like you going to sleep and keep working while you sleeping and you will wake up tired 😂
