Screenshot with power button???

Hi

What is wrong with the phone? When I press the power button it takes screenshot. Just one power button, not power plus volume down. And not always. It happens arbitrarily. One time it captures the screen another time switches off the screen.

Are you using a case? It might be pressing the volume button accidentally.

No, did not use any case for a while

I assume you are not using the "Palm swipe to capture" gesture too.

Maybe you can try sending an error report when it happen again, so Samsung can help you diagnose it properly.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
