I cannot transfer my photos to Secure Folder.

Does anyone here experience this bug? I have been trying to transfer my photos to secure folder, but it is not pushing through. There's just a pop-up text that say something like " You are already transferring photo to secure folder....." but nothing actually was transferred.

I hope someone can help me.

Hello imgnss,

Thanks for letting us know your difficulty here about transferring photos to Secure Folder on your beloved Samsung Galaxy phone. I feel and understand why you are worried for a device that you've take care so much.  If my device is facing similar experience, I will be bothered too.

Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software are updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Ensure that you have adequate storage space before transferring any files and photos to Secure Folder.

You can add pictures or files to your Secure Folder any time, even when you aren’t signed into it.

Step 1. Navigate to and open an app with files, such as Gallery.

Step 2. Touch and hold the file(s) you want to move into Secure Folder.

Step 3. Tap More and then tap Move to Secure Folder.

Step 4. The file will be moved and you can view it in Secure Folder.

Note: Files need to be saved in your internal storage or to your SD card to be moved to Secure Folder. Files saved on your Cloud account can’t be moved to Secure Folder.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:
