Shutter sound

I just received my s25 plus and the 'Shutter sound' option is missing

If you're referring to the Camera Shutter, (I believe) this was merged with overall System volume - Just slide System volume to zero (same if you are referring to the screen-off click instead)

I saw a video on Google and it showed the option "Shutter sound" in the settings. That's why I was wondering where it was

likely for a non-AU region (or different model / firmware / carrier ROM)

if it's of any solace, its missing from my Z Fold5 as well (nothing in Labs or Developer Options either)
