I've owned a Samsung s20 plus for 3years and have been paying for stayconnected service with telstra. I recently smashed my phone now want to have it fixed or get a new one under the stay connected warranty service. When I try to make a request it says I cannot be found.
Everything with telstra is now a pay up front month to month plan's. I am still since 7th of July tio complaint cybercrime because my plan phone number I did not know was still in the prior owners name so as I had no clue put that number on all my private stuff bank etc the person got the codes also and bam I'm hacked. Telstra won't even allow me to hand the device back lmao they want me to pay the handset out yet every month they have put my payments on hold so I'm not paying but they won't help with the mistake they admitted they made.
