I am completely fearful of pressing the wrong button on my phone and would like a tutorial or something to use for this phone

You should specify what you want to do so people can point you in right direction

At the bottom of the settings in your phone, there is a user guide. You can click here to suss out what your phone can do.

Also, apart from 'reset', I don't think you can do too much harm to your phone (ie, at least reversible). Have fun!
