I’m officially done with Samsung, yet again.

My last Samsung device was the Galaxy S3, and the software update experience was a nightmare. After that, I switched to iPhone and later to Pixel, both of which were fantastic in most areas.

Recently, I decided to give Samsung another chance with the Galaxy S24 Ultra and gw6c, impressed by their improved update track record for flagship models in recent years. But here I am, deeply disappointed once more.

Now, I’ve listed my Galaxy S24 Ultra and Watch 6 Classic for sale and am planning to switch to the iPhone 16 Pro and Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Bye bye Samsung you won't be missed.

Delayed software updates, no sign of android 15. No official communication. Greed to launch oneui 7 for next flagship.

It's not like Apple, My household has owned various models, S5, S6, S7 edge, S8, Note 8, Note 9, S9, S20 Ultra, S21 Ultra S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra, my man owned an iPhone 12 Pro Max & I currently have a 15 Pro Max, my man currently has a 16 Pro Max. 

(I still physically own my late father's and my old Samsung (so the S22 Ultra & S23 Ultra). And I'm disgusted as hell with the updates on Samsung Galaxy. The factor the updates are so infrequent, I've had FOUR software updates to my Pro Max in the less than four months, yet I've not had a single update on my Galaxy phones, makes me afraid of how insecure my Galaxy phones are and truly how compromised they can/could be. I am a smart individual at the end of the day and I know that, I have a secure phone, that has no compromise, i know how to make sure my phone is continuously secure and pay for security features and software, but that only goes so far when your phone software company is slacking and failing you continuously! Seriously has me considering hauling both in for their cash and the one is my late father's number, turning it into another Apple Phone if Samsung doesn't pick their game up and actually start with regular security updates for their S lineup!

Is this an airport, no need to announce your departure. If you have zero patience while new software is being adapted to the samsung lineup from Android then certainly go back to the sheep farm that is apple.
