If I have purchased and downloaded a theme onto my phone, specifically from the galaxy store ..can I use the same theme on my tablet (being a s7)?

Sadly, there is no themes store on Samsung tablets. Only Fonts and Stickers are available. In the next update you can change the colour theme of your tablet to go with your wallpaper in One UI 4.0. Scheduled for release on Galaxy Tab S7 in February.

You can try and download a 3rd party app but the result may not be what your looking for.

There is a possibility that the theme store for tablets will be included in the One UI 4.0 update since they are redesigning a lot of things. I'll message one of the moderators and ask about it.

FWIW, my Galaxy Tab S7+ 5G has a themes section, but it's fonts etc.
