Samsung Theme app error message

Why am I receiving a service error/3101/S1000 when I try to buy a theme from the Samsung theme app

Must be a problem with the Samsung Members app. Same service error when trying to enter the contest through the app.

You could try resetting the data/cache on the theme app. (Beware you will need to sign back in, download any themes again)

After the reset try again.
