You won't be able to, because I'm in Australia and can't do it. Samsung have also confirmed that Australia isn't part of the beta release countries.

I tested my phones, and I can not get one ui 7 on a australian s24U or S24. I tried on the US s24U, and it's worked but S24 Plus didn't work for some reason and also tried UK, and that worked as well, I'll post an update on this about only phones from specific countries can access one ui 7
