Unable to watch videos from s24+ on PC

Help please!

I've just started using the s24+ and am having great difficulty viewing new videos on a PC without purchasing HEVC Video Extensions on each PC. The issue is that I videoed my son's homework presentation, but we cannot email it to the teacher unless the teacher or the school buys the extension. I feel like I've gone back into the dark ages! 

I have Googled, YouTubed, downloaded VLC, explored Samsung DeX and am desperate for my new videos to be transferrable and not locked to Media Player! Its extortionate to buy a new phone then be made to purchase an app to be able to use the phone in its entirety, and freely!

Please help!

I've just bought a Galaxy S24 and found I couldn't view videos on my laptop.

I went on the camera settings (settings icon in top left corner when you open camera) 

Scroll down to 'Advanced video options

Under 'Video Format' select H.S64 (most compatible)
