When looking at Settings / Security and Privacy / Updates - there is never a notification that a Google Play or Samsung software update waiting to be downloaded and installed. The default message being No recommended actions is always displayed along with a green tick.
It is so frustrating that when social media highlights that security or software updates are being released then the Updates notification does not work and does not sufficiently inform users of pending updates that are recommended to be installed.
When will Samsung investigate and correct this software defect?
