Galaxy S
l have my Bluetooth headset so that when I open the case and put it in my ears it automatically connects to my phone and I'm able to start talking on the call.
I have a problem I usually have my watch at home and I do not have it on my hand. I've now set my watch to take calls over Bluetooth. Now because of this when I turn on my Bluetooth headset by taking it out of its case, it no longer connects to the phone.
This is very bad because even though the phone is set to take calls in the Bluetooth settings, if I don't actually press the green button on the watch it will not actually go through the speakers there anyway.
What I wanted to do is that if I open my Bluetooth headset case, then it will connect and I can start talking without touching anything on my phone. But if I pick up my pressing the button on my Galaxy watch for then it should go through the speakers on my watch. This is very simple and should be obvious but somehow it's not working.

The Galaxy Watch and Bluetooth headset may compete for the Bluetooth connection, especially for call audio.
Samsung devices prioritize the watch for call audio when it’s set to handle calls over Bluetooth, causing the headset to lose priority or fail to connect automatically.
Check Bluetooth Settings on Your Phone:
Ensure Headset Auto-Connect: Go to your phone’s Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
Tap on your headset’s name, then check its settings.
Ensure Call Audio and Media Audio are enabled.
If your headset supports auto-connect (like Galaxy Buds), confirm that the "Seamless Earbud Connection" feature is disabled to prevent conflicts with other devices.
Prioritise Headset: Some devices allow prioritizing connections.
In the Bluetooth settings, ensure your headset is set as the primary device for calls.
If your phone supports dual Bluetooth audio, enable it to allow both the watch and headset to stay connected.
Configure Galaxy Watch Bluetooth Settings:
Disable Watch Auto-Connect for Calls: On your Galaxy Watch, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
Check if the watch is set to automatically handle calls.
If so, disable this feature temporarily to allow the headset to take priority.
Manual Call Routing: When answering a call on the watch, check if there’s an option to toggle audio output to the watch’s speakers.
Some Galaxy Watch models allow you to select the audio output (watch speaker, headset, or phone) during a call.
Note: You can dual connect two devices, only.
Thank you. 🙏
