Vertical Green Line S21 ULTRA 5G

I was only watching a video on my phone then suddenly a green line at the middle was starting to show up. I turned off the screen, it disappeared for a while then the green line came back. I tried to restart my phone and there it is again. Thought of updating my software since I read that it may be a software issue. After the update, the vertical green line in the middle was so bright that it never tried to disappear. 

By the way, my phone is only 2 years since I bought it. Never even thought of changing my phone unless otherwise needed to be replaced 😭

Widespread Issue. Any Samsung Authorised Service Center here in ph will find its issue as a hardware fault. Unlike India, which offers free replacement.

Saw 1 post on Samsung fb group that if you buy worth 10k Samsung products, they will replace your green/pink/white screen free of charge.

actually @samsungph did respond for s20 series and it ended dec31,2022

I've already filed a complaint on their global complaint center and mentioned also the software update

biggest percentage user fault eg ranting on fb no damage it came out of nowhere low and behold was water damage

Tsk tsk.. this is sad 😔 software, hardware or fault man ng user, bottomline is the durability ng flagship line. Especially these days, who would invest in a service and product quality like this..🤷‍♂️
