Hey there, kellyquit! I hear you and I'd love to be able to help. Here are a few solutions we can try to get your Galaxy S21 back to being as smooth as possible!

  • Make sure all background apps are closed - Background apps might be messing with your device's RAM, so best to close them especially if you're not using them!
  • Force restart your device - Simply press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the logo appears.
  • Reset all your device's settings - Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset all settings > Reset settings
  • Factory reset - Now this should be the last resort if none of the solutions above work. Simply go to Settings > General management > Factory data reset > Reset

Please let me know how it goes and hopefully your device goes back to normal so you can have the best phone experience with your Galaxy S21! 🚀
