Anyone else on vodafone and having bad service? I cant send any sms or receive calls......

Hi everyone! Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I have seen a few similar comments this morning regarding network. 

Our team has suggested sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Good afternoon everyone! Thank you for sending those error reports through. I've just gotten the below messaging from our team via Vodafone:

Our technicians will be carrying out planned network maintenance in this area soon. Voice calls, text messages and data services may be affected.

Have you checked with Voda to see if there's any maintenance or network issues in your area?

Yeah apparently, 5G doesn't work with this new update. So they told me to change it to 4G and now it works perfectly...

Seems a few are having this issue.

You could try this, go to:
Settings/General Management/Reset and then select Reset Network Settings.

Ummm, that's really odd.
Is Vodafone slow on 5G or do you have low reception?

Personally, I'm with Optus and Sub6 5G kills my old 4G speeds.

Must be just where I live.... sending an mms message won't even send through at all... with 4G it just flies..

You could send an error report to Samsung as well

It's exactly this issue. Unsure if it's Vodafone or Samsung's fault but 5G isn't working at all with the new update. Oncr I put the phone to 4G it works.. Why have a 5g phone if the service won't work...
