Lol exactly! My husband bought the new apple just for the 5G and most of the time it doesn't work for him! I tried to convince him Samsung's are so much better and then this happens 😄

I've tried sending Samsung an email and they just sent back the generic troubleshooting steps then closed my support case.. Useless support, how do we go about getting this resolved?

Hi everyone! Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I have seen a few similar comments this morning regarding network. 

Our team has suggested sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Good afternoon everyone! Thank you for sending those error reports through. I've just gotten the below messaging from our team via Vodafone:

Our technicians will be carrying out planned network maintenance in this area soon. Voice calls, text messages and data services may be affected.

She and the other Mods will no doubt post here and the other thread tomorrow.

Clearly, something when wrong with the update, but how the carriers missed it, I don't know.

Had this issue last month and was minor, only a odd text that would not go through. Found rhat vodafone was upgrading in my area. Restarted my phone and it cleared the problem. The upgrades are completex for the time being.
