Hi there, please can anyone give something on the issue of transcription feature on voice recorder of a S21 FE 5G?1) is there how to set it up for more than 10 minutes?2) Is that any connection with other feature as it is highly inacurrate trsncription from voice to text in English.Any help on that is very much appreciate! thanks. Just an additional note: I am using to record lectures from professsionals leveled as phd in English language, very clear and, it comes out terrible and worse than if I record my own voice, and English is my third language. Thanks. Elvira.
I have the same problem. English is my first language and I speak clearly yet the transcript is total garbage. I bought this phone for business and that was one of the primary reasons but it's unusable. I suspect it's just samsungs speech to text in general is ***, most of their apps are and their support is almost non existent. Once you buy a phone they don't care. Even autocorrect is like something from 20 years ago. Maybe it works betterbin Korean or somethiny. Anyway back to voice ... the first thing to do is replace samsung keyboard with Googles one, and replace bixby with hello Google too because they both suffer with the same issue. But we're still stuck with voice recorder using their trashy speech recognition. If anyone can please give me an alternative to this I would be super grateful. Sidenote - Sincerely regret buying this overpriced phone, it's priced like an iPhone due to hardware but doesn't come close in software and UX.
I think the technology is as good as the input. The sensitivity of the microphone in the device might not be strong enough to pick up the lecturer. (Could be a faulty mic)
