Want to upgrade to One UI 3.0 (Android 11)

Hello everyone,

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S10+

Model number: SM-G975F/DS

I just want to update my S10+ to Android 11. My phone's stuck on One UI 2.5, and I am not receiving any updates. The last update I got was November 2020 patch update.

I saw on SamMobile.com that it is already on July 2021 patch update.

As per your query and as suggested by your fellow members here, you may consult with your service provider (Smart Telco) regarding the system update. Or you may also do this by installing Samsung Smart Switch on your laptop/pc to receive updates much faster than OTA. Same prob with the smart locked phone. Worst is smart doesn't even know the reason why our phone is not receiving update.. my phone also is stuck on one ui 2.5 and the same update as yours.

Try sir update sa Samsung Smart Switch sa PC or Laptop nyo po. Yan nirecommend sakin, and gumana sya I'm on One UI 3.1 now

Yes po. Much faster sya compare na ma wait ka po sa OTA update.

Wala naman isyu so far sa update? And ask ko na din pano mag update using laptop..

No issues po. Download nyo lang po Samsung Smart Switch sa Laptop nyo and sa Phone nyo po. Connect nyo po phone sa Laptop nyo tapos open nyo Smart Switch sa laptop
