If I'm not mistaken, for camera performance the s21 should be the best. Hence following that idea the portrait video should be the best too. But I think that also depends if you're using the front or back camera.

I just wanted to share that recently I learned that locking focus and decreasing brightness in portrait video creates a better-looking video.
