In Settings-> Connections-> Mobile Networks, is 5G enabled?

Does the service provider you're using have access to the 5G network and is there 5G in your area?

Have you enabled the 5g in the network setting?

Or perhaps you are using Power Saving? This turns off the 5g on my 24U
