Why is preparing for dispatch taking so long?

I ordered the wireless charger trio and a silicon case for the s22 ultra on the Samsung website. Everywhere I look it says dispatch should only take a couple of days I ordered on March 26th. I understand the delays associated with the s22 but does that apply to the accessories too? Maybe I'm just being impatient lol

Hi @liammccracken, at the present our check out page mentions it may take 1-10 business days from dispatch date to receive your order. 

If your order is on 'Preparing dispatch' it is likely waiting to be picked up by the delivery driver.

I ordered my buds 2 bundle on 17th march and it's still under "Preparing for dispatch" 🙃
