Wi Fi Turned on automatically

have turned off all the settings for intelligent WiFi, width band etc but the wifi still turn on automatically despite turning off the wifi and using mobile data 

anyone can help?

Check your smart lock > secure lock settings. The option lock network and security prevents WiFi from being turned off? Not sure if this is the one affecting you.

You may go to Settings > Connections > tap on your current Wi-Fi settings icon > Toggle Auto reconnect to turn off. (chatting with samsung cs) seems to work for now

😂😂 right after I ended the chat the wifi logo is still turn on back, but not connected to WiFi anymore cause I switch auto connect off

Hi, have u accessed this before? 1st picture: To see what could have turned it on.

2nd picture: under Location services, see if the option for WiFi is checked. If not, turn it off.
