Wireless charging s21 ultra

I recently  bought the latest 9w single wireless charger pad for my s21 ultra and the system shows 2hours and 21 mins to fully charge my s21 ultra but it took 3 hours 41mins and 26.95 seconds. So that's  not reasonable. TAKE NOTE: wifi and data is off and I'm  not using my phone. I'm not at a room temperature  with fan and it's not in here

That's my settings to except the 120hz refresh rate and I'm using FHD plus but still it gets me 2hrs to 4hrs SOT is that normal?

So what do you think? Is my s21 ultra really faulty? 🤔 i jave another thread for this but no ones answering me that's why I already? I've been into service center like 2 times 1st is issue with moisture on charging port then n2nd is battery draining issue but the only thing they did is to reformat my phone

I usually don't full my phone to full cycle to save my battery life but earlier i charge it 100% at 3pm so I'm waiting for it to go down here's the latest. Screenshot_20211019-215438_Device care.jpg
