Hi my Samsung Wallet is showing some information in another language on S24 Ultra.
I can't find the language settings in the Wallet - can someone please help 😊

It's an Australian phone from Optus, but the previous owner has flashed Vietnam firmware into it, probably for default Call Recording.

yes - at the bottom (cut out though) can see CSC code XXV (vietnam):

SAOMC_SM-S928B_OXM_XXV_15_0008

Engage support: Members App > Support > Quick help (any) to see if they can change to AU

Yeah, with a Vietnam CSC you might notice:

* Language or regional default apps showing Vietnamese
* Samsung Wallet or Samsung Pay limitations if your bank isn’t supported in Vietnam
* Updates timing (and features) might differ with AU
* Some carrier features (VoLTE, 5G bands) may not fully work given outside Vietnam

If everything else is working fine, it’s not urgent. But if you start seeing issues with payments, updates, or network compatibility, it’s worth discussing CSC change options with Samsung Support
