Yellow screen / Discoloration Samsung Galaxy S9

Are you guys still having some issues with your LCDs having some yellow tint? When I adjust it to full brightness or if the brightness is low, the screen seems normal. But when you are around 50% or so, the screen shows black lines and shows discoloration in the LCD.

I suspect this is from the update. I've searched the net and found a lot of the same issue. I went to the service center to have it checked and the customer service rep told me that it is the hardware. Which I dont think so. And if you want to have it repaired, it would be very costly.

I would say have it fixed. This is the first time I experienced something like this in a Samsung device. And I always buy Samsung. This is so disappointing.

Have you guys found any fix for this? Thank you.

I guess this became frequent issues on samsung device, flagship and mid ranges experience discoloration and flickering. This issue persisted during major and monthly security patches and it haven't address by samsung. I have the same problem and reported to samsung, as per response if you enable dark mode and decrease your brightness 5% below this is visible. This is quite unsual unlike their predecessor devices.

I have the same issue on both note9 and now my s20+ which turned totally white with green lines.

Ganyan din sa akin, pinasoft reset, umayos naman. After 3 days nag whitescreen ulit, dinala ko agad sa service center, ayun lcd replacement worth 13k😭😭😭
Samsung naman, hindi sulit ang pagkabili sa product eh,
