Galaxy ZI just pre order a Z Flip 3 (around $1600) last night for a gift for my wife.
But just realised that the flip phone doesn't support DEX system so I rang Samsung the following morning only to find out that
they wouldn't refund or cancel the order.
I was so shocked that a giant company like Samsung would have a policy like that.
Now I am stuck with a phone that we don't even need.
They sent me all sorts of emails with code, however one click, that's it, they wouldn't even refund the amount.
Because it stated in a really small letters that no change of mind is allowed.
Please know this before you make a purchase or just don't buy at all.
