I have restart my phone and also reset the Bluetooth settings, somehow i was unable to turn on my Bluetooth. It was working fine yesterday but now it does not seem to be working at all. Any tips, please?

You can also run a diagnostic test in the Members App, in the Support tab.

GOTO Setting > General Management > Reset > Reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings.

Then Restart mobile before trying again. C2N5yBdAx1.png

😔 Out of options? Here's what to do:

Go to the Reset section and perform a Factory Reset.

First, back up your data using Samsung Cloud via. Smart Switch.

A factory reset will wipe all corruption by erasing and formatting the system drive, then reinstall a fresh copy from the ROM backup.

If this doesn't work, visit a store or device technician.B6VvhgHLNN.png

Hi @earthseed,

The issue that you are describing here is likely pointing to a hardware fault in your device. It normally requires an assessment or a repair at an Authorised Service Centre.
