Hi, I recently updated my Z Fold 5 to One UI 7 and ever since the update I have been experiencing wifi & bluetooth connectivity issues. The connectivity is very intermittent, often requiring a reset or multiple resets to fix the issue. I've also reset the connection settings and cleared the cache.

My phone has been working fine with no issues prior to the One UI 7 update.

Anyone else experiencing issues?

Hmmm you may be having some sort of Flex Connector Cable issue. If the Bluetooth and wifi eventually dies, you will need to send it in where they can replace the cable and it'll be fine.

During updates, the device can get hot and this may cause the cable to break a bit.

I am having similar issues, samsung fold z 3 just stopped connecting to wifi. It doesn't acknowledge or find ANY WIFI. I have other devices connected to the house wifi. I tried to see if z fold would connect to my work phone hotspot (which has done successfully in the past). No, won't, it's not giving me any list of wifi - just says looking.... then turns the pale blue wifi light off. It's really annoying i can't access my CCTV either when I'm home or out. I've never had this wifi issue b4. I've tried all the usual, turn on/off. Tried several times reset wifi/bt doesn't do anything. Optus - yeah not a optus problem call Samsung. Rang Samsung, they directed me to Samsung member. I've written several messages requesting some help to get my wifi reconnected. NOTHING..... this is the only 'post' ??? that I've read that is referring to wifi. Pls give some direction to help fix. Tia

I had this issue on my Z fold 5 I just got, and got the Android 15 update on it. The wifi and BT started out working and then would cut out, and then back on after restart, but then off again. This happened with both Bluetooth and WiFi. I tried everything. Factory Resetting, developer options, nothing would work. I even thought it might be my modem and ended up spening 4 hours in the phone with xfinity trying to reset and update my modem. In the end, I was able to fix the problem by turning off a DNS setting that selected a "Secure" DNS server, and set it to stick with my Internet Service Providers DNS server. The BAM, everything worked and I haven't had an issue since, with either BT or Wifi. To do this fix go to connections, and below Wifi and Bluetooth, scroll down to "More Connections Settings". Then you will see VPN, Private DNS and Ethernet. Open Private DNS and select "OFF". The description under off says, "Use your networks default dns server...". That is the setting you want, as the issue is happening do to an incompatibility with the "Recommended DNS Secure server". And this doesn't mean your connection isn't secure. Your  modem and ISP both have security in place to protect your connection. This makes you utilize your ISPs DNS server and not some other server.

This worked for my ZFold5, and I Hope it solves your issues. I had such trouble and so much time invested, that now that I've figured out this silly issue, I had to share. So I hope your issue is solved with the push of a button, before you spend 10 hours trying everything.;b Good luck all

The only solution that I've found from a reddit post that has allowed my wifi to work intermittently is to:
-Open to make a call
-Dial *#2663#
-this opens an Android firmware screen.
-press "refresh wifi version"
-your phone will then automatically restart (not a factory reset)

My wifi seems to have improved since doing this. It's still not perfect as it cuts out every now and then.

Same issues here. Went as far as developer options and forcing Bluetooth VAP, clearing main phone cache, etc and nothing has fixed it

I'm having the same issue. I even paid for a swap and my refurbished phone was working till it forced me to do the update. Then it immediately started acting up again. I even did a factory reset today and that didn't help. Samsung customer service just tells me to try the obvious, which isn't fixing the issue. Really hope they can fix this. Seems like a software issue. 🤔

Hi All,

Recently, I have experienced issue with my Galaxy Fold 5 (UI 7.0 - Android 15) when attempting to pair Bluetooth devices. Basically, when I click on "Scan", only few devices are shown in the Available Devices list, whereas when I do the same from my other Samsung devices I could see and successfully connect to more devices.

Is there any limitation with LE Bluetooth devices or any configuration (e.g. developer options") that cause this issue?

Having the same issue on Samsung Zfold6

Legit have done everything from restarts > Flight Mode > Unpairing and re pairing > Clearing Bluetooth cache > resetting connections, etc and even including the last resort of factory reset (3 times now).

Nothing has fixed it.

some devices will just not connect - other devices will connect but then constantly drop out.

Connect, disconnect, reconnect, disconnect, etc.
My work headset won't pair at all.
