Galaxy ZI have a Galaxy Z Flip 4 that recently started having issues where the screen doesn’t wake up after the phone has been asleep or folded/unfolded. This happens several times a day.
I’ve already updated to the latest software and even tried a factory reset, but the problem still persists.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue, or found a solution?

Oh, that's frustrating.
I wonder what happened? Have you dropped the phone or rolled over it while sleeping? Putting it in your back pocket? Even a water damage?
Because that sounds like a problem with the Flex mode detection and hinge sensor issues, which can occur after those things i mentioned.
What is less likely is a software issue, since you already performed a factory reset on it, unless if your phone has been rooted.
I think it is best to get it checked by technicians, preferably Samsung technicians to be assured your phone is getting the highest quality service.
