Galaxy ZHi Sanjeevstha, thanks for reaching out. Please go to your settings and try:
- Go to "Settings", then tap "Battery and device care"
- Tap “Battery”
- Tap “More battery settings”
- Tap the switch to activate "Fast charging", "Super fast charging" or "Fast wireless charging"
If this is enabled and still not working, please check to ensure your charging adaptor, cable, and port are not damaged as this may affect charging speed.

Galaxy ZThat's odd. Could you send this through as an error report with the screenshot attached?
Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
