Galaxy Z
I've got a problem with my physical SIM and Esim.
They both used to work completely fine, both enabled.
But now they only work when enabled individually, so I basically am locked to one SIM at a time. If I turn on the physical SIM (SIM 1) while my Esim (2) is already on, it practically disables SIM 2, forgets it's number and no longer gets any signal.
Just sim 2 on, works perfectly, just sim 1 on, doesn't work great, but is still there and recognised.
Any help please?
Phone is a zfold 6 on newest software

Fixes to Try:
1. Reset Network Settings
* Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings
2. Check SIM Manager
* Settings > Connections > SIM manager
* Ensure a default SIM is set for calls/data (switch between the two if one does not resolve)
3. Carrier Conflict
* Particularly if both SIMs are from the same provider
* Engage your provider's support line if so
4. Clear Cache:
* Settings > Apps > One UI Home → Tap Clear cache
* Power off the phone
* Hold Volume Up + Power until Recovery Mode appears
* Use volume buttons to highlight “Wipe cache partition”
* Press Power to select
* Highlight “Yes”, press Power
* After it completes, select “Reboot system now”
