Flip 3 5g charging concern.

hi i have observed that my flip 3 is not charging when closed/folded, so i have to charge it open but someting is says charging stopped due to low temperature. what could be the concern of my device?

i have already managed to do the diagnostics of the device using the Samsung member and charging port and battery is normal. i also tried the safe mode thingy but it did not worked. 

what shoul i do? thank you

If you have done all the diagnostics, then the best mext step is bringing it to a Authorized Samsung Service Center. 😊

Bring it to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked.

Hi I was able to go to service center and apparently the problem is with the lcd, it would cost about 20k something to be fixed. I am so disappointed with the flip series 😔 I literally just wasted money for this phone.
