My external screen is showing some weird creases but couldnt figure out or see properly if its because of a pre-installed and hard-to-peal protector? Or if this is a screen damage.

If you have a small plastic tool (like a tiny squeegee) you can try to slowly push out the trapped air by applying very light pressure. Make sure not to press too hard lest you crack your screen 🐌
